1. Summary
RePitch may offer regional deployment or data-residency options on eligible enterprise plans. A residency option means that specified categories of customer data are stored or primarily processed in the agreed region. It does not mean that every operational event, support activity, third-party request, or network transmission remains exclusively inside that region.
Only a signed order form or data-processing agreement creates a binding residency commitment. Marketing statements and this page are descriptive, not a guarantee for every plan.
2. Data categories
Residency treatment may differ across source files, generated packs, structured extraction data, application databases, account records, billing information, security logs, telemetry, support records, backups, and de-identified analytics. The applicable agreement should identify in-scope data and exclusions.
3. Hosting and processing
Eligible deployments may store primary customer content and production databases in an agreed cloud region. Limited processing or access may still occur elsewhere for security, incident response, account administration, billing, communications, customer-authorized support, service continuity, or legal compliance.
4. AI providers and customer-selected services
AI providers, market-data sources, CRMs, automation tools, and other connected services may process data in their own regions. If you bring your own API key or choose a provider, you control that selection and are responsible for its regional configuration and terms. RePitch residency commitments do not automatically extend to customer-selected or third-party services.
5. Backups and recovery
Backups may be replicated within a region or to another approved recovery location depending on the purchased configuration. Deleted records can remain in encrypted backups until normal expiry. Enterprise customers requiring region-restricted backups, specified recovery locations, or custom retention must include those requirements in the signed order.
6. Support and administrative access
Authorized personnel may access systems remotely for support, security, reliability, or incident response under role-based access, logging, confidentiality, and least-privilege controls. Region-restricted support models may be available by written agreement and may affect service scope, response time, or pricing.
7. Transfers and legal requests
Where personal data is transferred across borders, applicable contractual and organizational safeguards are used as required. We may preserve or disclose data where legally compelled. We will assess requests and, where lawful, notify the affected customer.
8. Customer responsibility
Customers must classify data, select an appropriate plan and region, configure integrations, limit uploads, manage access, and confirm that their chosen architecture meets legal, regulatory, contractual, and client obligations. RePitch does not determine whether a particular residency configuration is legally sufficient for your use case.
